Easy Ways to Refresh and Relax:

  • Read something inspirational.
  • Revisit your favorite hobby (photography, wood carving, sewing, gardening, cooking).
  • Get some fresh air and enjoy your favorite outdoor activity.
  • Embrace the arts by seeing a show, concert, museum or historical monument.
  • Visit a spa, salon or treat yourself to an adjustment to feel revitalized!

    This could not have come at a better time. I have been so overwhelmed. My husband went in Hospital on March4, 2015 and was released on April 8, 2015. It literally drained me. I was there everyday, then there were errands, running the house, calling tons of people to get things in order for his coming home, Nurses, physical therapist, dietician, social worker, then the return visits to the Doctors. I have been tested. I even stopped my visits there, cancel every doctor's appointment I had because I could not find the time, but I just this week started taking care of me. Love to paint ( not walls), so I'm feeling good about that, and I am going to start coming back to my manipulations. Thanks
